Project Details
R&L Carriers cross dock and regional distribution center is located on approximately 25 acres at the northeast corner of 117th and State Streets. The project consists of two buildings and a fuel island. The first building is 56,650 SF and serves as the main cross dock terminal building. This building includes a 5,220 SF office and 51,430 SF, 80 dock door cross dock. The building is a pre-engineered metal building structure, and the office walls are constructed out of metal studs with an EIFS veneer. The second building is 18,000 SF and serves as the maintenance building for the operation. The building is a pre-engineered metal building structure. Located in this building are service and inspection pits along with an automated truck wash. The fuel island contains a fuel canopy to cover two diesel pumps.
