Project Details
Working with Sioux Falls Christian Schools' governing board and development director, Schemmer* designed a new 102,000 SF four-section pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade facility. The high school and middle school projects were bid and completed below budget and ready for occupancy within 16 months.
The Sioux Falls Christian Schools included energetic spaces for the student commons and the gymnasium serves as counterpoint to the studious atmosphere of the academic areas, library and classrooms.
