Project Details

Now owned by the University of Sioux Falls (USF), Sanford Health originally solicited Schemmer to design the USF Power Center, a 21,000 SF unique building for their advanced sports enhancement and rehabilitation programs, complete with treatment and therapy rooms. The turf field, maple court, seamless track, golf center and fitness facilities provide for a wide variety of surfaces, athletic activities and programs packaged to the needs of each individual athlete. The USF Power Center was built to a tight budget and timeline. The pre-engineered fabric structure is economical, energy efficient and very recognizable.  A skylight running the length of the building floods the interior with natural light.
