Independent Living Cottages consist of 66 two-bedroom dwelling units, residential in character, single-story, configured in 13 duplex structures and 10 four-plex structures, with one single vehicle garage per dwelling unit. Approximate areas of individual dwelling units are 1,200 to 1,225 SF, exclusive of garage. Each multiplex unit has related site work, drives, walks, patios, utilities, grading, drainage and landscaping.
