Schemmer provided full-service architecture, engineering and construction phase services on Pharmgate’s Omaha manufacturing plant and office. The project included a 4,500 SF, single story addition and nearly 7,000 SF renovation. The addition to their existing building included office, storage and breakroom spaces and the renovation involved expanding the laboratory and a reconfiguration of offices.
Pharmgate is a manufacturer and supplier of FDA-approved animal pharmaceutical products. The Omaha, Neb. manufacturing plant and office houses supply chain, customer service and accounting functions for the domestic US business.
