The University of Nebraska College of Engineering held it’s annual Industry Tour Day in Lincoln on August 18 and 19, 2016. This two-day experience is designed to expose UNL’s incoming freshman engineering students to real life projects and future prospects for local engineering careers.
Several Schemmer staff members were on hand to lend their expertise to the students. On Thursday, Jeff Johnson participated in an Industry panel and Round-table discussion with students. On Friday, Jeff Kulhanek, Doug Holle and Grace Stoddard participated in a networking luncheon with students. In addition, Doug Holle and Darin Brown led tours of the Harris Street Overpass to over 100 students. View pictures below.
