Schemmer is pleased to announce Dan Kerns, AIA, has joined the firm as a senior project architect and project manager based in our Omaha, Nebraska office.
Dan brings more than 17 years of experience in design and project management on over 125 retail projects in 19 states throughout his career, ranging from individual retail tenant buildings to multi-tenant buildings and entire shopping centers. Additionally, Dan has experience working on multi-family, office, religious and industrial projects.
Along with his roles as project architect and project manager, Dan will be responsible for business development at Schemmer.
