Schemmer is pleased to announce Karl Person, AIA, LEED AP, has joined the firm as a senior healthcare architect and leader of Schemmer’s Healthcare market. He will lead the healthcare market out of the Omaha, Nebraska office.
Karl brings 25 years of healthcare planning, design and project management experience to clients needing responsible solutions for complex design and construction-related challenges. He addresses today’s unique challenges in healthcare facility design and construction, while investigating tomorrow’s possibilities to position clients ahead of changing healthcare initiatives.
His experience ranges from small medical clinics to large, state-of-the-art hospitals, where he served as client contact, designer and project manager. At Schemmer, Karl's focus is on successfully leading clients through the process of planning, designing and constructing healthcare facilities to help organizations achieve their goals.
