Schemmer is pleased to welcome Seth Shannon, AIA, GGP, LEED AP BD+C, as an architect based in the Des Moines, Iowa, office. Seth has 15 years of experience with projects that range from community centers to downtown condominiums and office buildings to historical restoration. At Schemmer, Seth will be responsible for architecture services on multiple project types.
Seth has a Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. He is a Green Globes Professional; United States Green Building Council, LEED Accredited, Building Design + Construction Specialty; and holds a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards certificate. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
