Schemmer's Jason Heinze, PE, SE, LEED AP, Speaks to UNO's MBA Class of 2019
On Saturday, November 23, 2019, Schemmer's Jason Heinze, PE, SE, LEED AP, was invited by Beckie Barta, Senior Director of Sales and Operations Planning, to speak to the University of Nebraska-Omaha (UNO)’s Executive MBA Class of 2019.
UNO’s Executive MBA is the region’s premier AACSB Accredited 17-month MBA for working professionals. The class is in the process of studying Operations Management and Heinze spoke about “Facility Design and How it Affects Operational Efficiency.”
Using previous project experience as examples, the discussion points included the importance of master planning, establishing clear project goals, evaluating successful design and the importance of designing a facility with the end-user in mind.

Heinze definitely knows a thing or two about facility design and operational efficiency, he has more than two decades of extensive experience working on a variety of industrial projects. He is the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Schemmer’s Architecture Division, and has held a number of positions within the Architecture Division including Commercial/Industrial Group Leader.
