From the 11th floor of the Federal Trust Building (13th & N Streets), we often look out in amazement at some of the projects we have helped come to fruition in Lincoln. From Harris Overpass and Haymarket Park Development to the City of Lincoln Airport Entryway Corridor, Pemberly Place Senior Living Facility and the Air National Guard base, Schemmer has touched numerous projects throughout the City.

Twenty-two years ago, Schemmer made a firm commitment to the City of Lincoln when we opened our Lincoln office. Since 1997, our staff has grown from two engineers to nearly 20 employees made up of Architects, Construction Administration personnel, and Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Transportation Engineers. As with any successful company, we wouldn't be where we are without our dedicated employees, clients and business partners.
