Condition and Functional Assessments
Our comprehensive facility assessment features two major components: Condition Assessment and Functional Assessment. The data in both components are stored in proprietary software that helps manage deferred maintenance and forecast capital renewal. You may need one or both of these assessments, and Schemmer has a team of professionals specially trained to conduct them. In order to efficiently and effectively conduct a complete facility assessment, Schemmer has developed a proprietary software program called FACILITATE. This program enables our team to input data on-site and in real-time, quickly compiling the information for analysis and reporting.

Schemmer conducts a thorough review of existing buildings and evaluates how to stretch our client’s investment into something that is for the betterment of their residents and relevant to current trends.
