Josh brings nearly two decades of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for design and construction and plays a key role in advancing technology and innovation across Schemmer.

He works closely with design teams to create more efficient, coordinated project workflows, helping owners and contractors move through the construction process with greater clarity. By developing detailed 3D models, Josh helps clients better visualize their projects and make more informed decisions along the way.

Josh earned his degree in Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a graduate of Schemmer’s Leadership Academy.

His interest in design and architecture started early, including time spent living in a building designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe while attending school in Newark. That experience helped shape his appreciation for both design and the role technology plays in bringing it to life.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys ice skating and playing hockey. He’s also always on the lookout for the next piece of technology that can help push Schemmer forward.
