Josh Murphy, BPAC

Josh has 14 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for design and construction and oversees Schemmer’s advancement in technology and innovation. Working with the firm’s designers, together they offer Owners and General Contractors a streamlined approach to the construction process and provide clients 3D digitized versions of their building to help visualize the project. Josh received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Architecture. He is a graduate of the 2018/2019 Schemmer Leadership Academy class, an Autodesk Certified Professional and a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and participates with the Omaha BIM Collaborative.

• Graduated from Architecture school in Newark, New Jersey while living in a Mies van der Rohe building. Less really is more.
