Lona has over 20 years of experience related to all aspects of organizational development. She has led teams through a complex public/private partnership and provided leadership development, one-on-one coaching and strategic planning services to a variety of business types and leaders. Lona earned her Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa. She has a passion for helping organizations, communities, and individuals reach their full potential which explains her background in behavioral health.
