Seth Shannon, AIA, GGP, LEED AP BD+C

Seth has 21 years of experience in architecture and 14 years as a licensed architect working across a multitude of markets. He acts as project manager and design architect on his projects and keeps a close relationship to his design team and client. Seth has served on various AIA committees in the AIA Iowa Chapter and as past committee chair of Central Iowa Canstruction.

• He is a proud husband and father for their family of four, but his two high schoolers sometimes test his fortitude.
• He re-founded his hometown’s Cub Scout Pack about a decade ago, and has been serving the local Scouts ever since.
• He currently helps coach his hometown high school football team with several coaches he grew up with.
