Tom Svoboda, PE, CEM

Tom has more than 30 years of experience in new construction and renovation projects from design through construction administration. His experience includes military, governmental, education, and healthcare. Tom received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Tom is a licensed professional engineer in Nebraska and Illinois and a certified energy manager. He is a member of the American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers and the Society of American Military Engineers. Tom also serves on the Nebraska Business Development Center advisory board.

• Retired Air Force Engineering Officer – 20-year career maintaining the Air Force bases’ infrastructure.
• Eagle Scout and active member of the Boy Scout Council’s properties committee.
