Schemmer designed one-half mile of Pioneers Boulevard and a small trail segment along the banks of Antelope Creek. The trail segment and an under-crossing provided for future extension of the Antelope Creek Trail. The reconstruction of a culvert at Antelope Creek was required to accommodate the underpass for the hiking and bicycling trail.
