Schemmer teamed with B-D Construction to design a new facility for Columbus Hydraulics. The project consists of a 110,000 SF manufacturing facility in Columbus, Nebraska. The facility consists of a 100,000 SF shop and 10,000 SF office. The structure is a pre-engineered metal building with shallow footings and a standing seam metal roof.
