Tracy has three decades of experience in the A/E/C industry serving both the public and private sectors as a teacher, field superintendent, project manager, and marketing and business development director. His responsibilities include: Pursuit Management, Client Development, Client Service, Brand Strategy, Strategic Planning, Marketing Initiatives, and Budget Management. Tracy served on the board of directors for the American Red Cross-Heartland Chapter, is a past Chapter President of the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), and a graduate of Leadership Omaha – Class 34.

• Wanted to be an Architect but pursued a career in Construction and Teaching instead.
• Coached high school boys basketball and golf and girls fast-pitch softball.
• Loves fishing, hunting, and golf but doesn’t do any of the three nearly enough.
