Jeff leads Schemmer’s Mechanical Department across three offices, helping guide design efforts, support his team, and maintain consistent standards across projects. He brings a steady, detail-focused approach to his work, shaped by more than two decades of experience in mechanical design.

He specializes in laboratory and clean room environments, where precision and performance are critical. Jeff stays closely connected to industry changes, keeping up with evolving HVAC standards, refrigerant phase-outs, ventilation requirements, and energy codes to ensure projects are both current and future-ready.

Known for his thoughtful approach and technical insight, Jeff plays a key role in supporting teams through design reviews and helping projects stay aligned from concept through completion.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time in the country’s national parks, with Estes Park holding a special place at the top of his list. He also enjoys fly fishing, even if the results do not always match the effort.
