Molly is known for her thoughtful, collaborative approach and her passion for designing spaces that support learning. She brings a strong attention to detail to every project, along with a focus on creating environments that truly work for the people who use them every day.

Her work is centered around educational design, where she enjoys partnering closely with clients to understand their needs and turn those ideas into meaningful, lasting spaces. Molly’s ability to listen, engage, and follow through helps ensure her projects not only meet expectations but often exceed them.

She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Minnesota and her Master of Architecture from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Molly is a licensed architect in Nebraska, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and a graduate of Schemmer’s Leadership Academy.

One recent highlight includes her work on Omaha Public Schools’ Columbian Elementary School, where she helped lead two legacy-focused design elements developed through direct engagement with students and staff. These features now serve as meaningful additions to the school’s legacy corridor.

Outside of project work, Molly enjoys volunteering and mentoring students, helping introduce them to the design industry and encouraging the next generation of architects.
