Lona brings more than two decades of experience in organizational development, helping teams and leaders grow in ways that are both practical and meaningful. Her work centers on supporting people, whether that is through leadership development, one-on-one coaching, or guiding organizations through strategic planning.

She has led teams through complex public and private partnerships and worked with a wide range of businesses, giving her a strong understanding of how organizations function and what it takes to help them succeed. Her background in behavioral health shapes how she approaches her work, with a focus on people first and long-term impact.

Lona earned her Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa. Her interest in psychology started early and continues to drive her work today, rooted in a genuine curiosity about people and what motivates them.

Outside of work, Lona enjoys new experiences and meaningful connections. She has hosted foreign exchange students from Thailand and Bangladesh and has a personal goal of riding a bike in all 50 states.
