Schemmer provided full design services for a new 40,000 SF flex industrial building in Papillion, Nebraska.

Initial design and construction consisted of shell space designed to accommodate multiple tenants and, if desired, a second floor for office space. Loading docks were located on the back of the building. Plumbing, HVAC and electrical were designed with accommodation for multiple tenants. The size and shape of the building was selected to maximize the use of the site, while maintaining maximum flexibility for future tenants.

Schemmer subsequently provided architecture and engineering services for an interior renovation of the space for a single tenant. The use of the space consists of 1,200 SF of finished office and 38,800 SF of warehouse/production.
