Schemmer was contracted to provide survey, traffic analysis, roadway design, bridge design and public involvement services for this bridge rehabilitation project on one of Omaha’s busiest corridors. The structure carries four lanes of traffic and two pedestrian sidewalks over the Papio Creek.
