Project Details
The Airlite Plastics project entailed the renovation and expansion of the third-floor office into the adjacent storage area. Modifications were made to existing spaces to ensure a seamless flow of office space from the existing office to the expanded area. The owner provided an initial program, which included 10 offices, 20 cubicles, a sample room, a training room, an all-employee room, a boardroom, and a mother's room. The aim was to preserve and enhance the existing office aesthetics of brick and wood within the new office space. The project was executed using the design-assist delivery method with the owner's selected general contractor.
