Project Details
Schemmer was retained by the City of Bellevue in 1995 to study the future facility needs of the city’s fleet maintenance operations and the study indicated the need for a new facility to meet future needs of the city. The 20,000 SF facility includes 12 service bays, a wash bay, new vehicle prep space, maintenance/welding shop, parts rooms, lube and flammable storage, general storage, break room, restrooms and offices.
