Schemmer provided interior and exterior renovation design of a two-story, 25,000 SF office building at 1500 Wall Street in Bellevue, Nebraska. Improvements included core and shell work required to bring the building up to code, all new MEP systems, complete window replacement, structural floor infills and other miscellaneous work to prepare the building for the interior tenant build out. Schemmer also provided programming and interior fit-out design for the space to serve as the new administrative offices and council chambers for the City of Bellevue, replacing the outdated facility on West Mission Avenue.
