Schemmer provided the design and construction administration for an 8,824 SF tenant fit out for Daybreak, a behavioral day treatment center for kids. The space serves two main functions: the classroom function and the treatment function. On the classroom side there are seven main teaching areas with behavioral support spaces, lunch room and kitchen. There is a centralized desk within the classroom area, which allows staff members to see into each classroom and provide support when needed. On the treatment side, there are six therapist’s offices, observation rooms, a large conference room and staff support spaces.
