Ditch Witch’s new 16,528 SF stand-alone facility houses both an office component that includes a customer showroom, conference room, and private offices; and a service component where parts and equipment are serviced.

Schemmer worked closely with the Owner to provide a design that not only meets the functional and aesthetic goals of the project but that also the budgetary requirements.

Schemmer provided architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil and geotechnical design.
