Project Details
Schemmer designed a three-story addition to its 51-unit senior living apartment building. The addition consists of eight single-bedroom units, community space, library, storm shelter and laundry facilities. The 1,600 SF multipurpose community room provides gathering space to support resident service programs. It accommodates computers, a serving kitchen and has a covered porch.
