Project Details
The GreenSlate Project, a 200,000-square-foot warehouse facility located in Omaha, Nebraska, has been successfully completed.
This single-story building features a conventional steel structure with load-bearing, insulated precast wall panels and a membrane roof. The interior boasts a clear height of 28 feet, supported by a foundation with shallow footings.
GreenSlate developed this site to address a need for industrial space in the Omaha metro area. Schemmer provided a wide range of services including: architectural, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
