Project Details
Schemmer designed a $2.4M skilled nursing addition to the existing Wolf Memorial Home, a rehabilitation/skilled care facility in Albion, Nebraska. Twenty private rooms with baths were clustered around common areas that included a living room, hearth room and dining room. A large covered porch greets visitors and a patio with trellis adjoins the dining room. Additional amenities include a spa and private family room.
