Schemmer designed an addition with 20 private rooms for short-term rehabilitation, located on the main level. Each room features a Euro-style bathroom and is situated to maximize views of the property. The lower level features a large physical therapy room. In addition, another large therapy room, “Main Street,” offers cutting edge and real-life therapy to better assist residents with their transition back to life at their private homes. The project also included occupational and speech therapy rooms. Schemmer provided full design services for the project.
