At Schemmer, we know that great design begins with understanding. Understanding not just the vision, but the heart behind it. That mindset shaped our work on Gunderson’s Jewelry’s flagship store in Omaha’s Heartwood Preserve.

The two-story, 20,450 square-foot building now stands as a new landmark of luxury retail in the region. While the building’s core and shell were designed by others, Schemmer was entrusted with a critical role: assisting in crafting a sophisticated and inviting interior that honors Gunderson’s legacy of quality and craftsmanship.

The first floor welcomes guests with an expansive showroom, curated brand boutiques, and a dedicated Rolex gallery. The second floor offers a more private experience, featuring a bridal area, artisan jeweler spaces, thoughtfully designed offices, and private speakeasy for customers.

Schemmer’s team provided:

• Interior construction documents to incorporate owner and interior designer updates
• Assisted in selection and integration of interior finishes to reflect the client’s brand identity
