Project Details
Schemmer was selected to design a new fabrication facility and office building for Hayes Mechanical located in La Vista, Nebraska. The building consists of approximately 7,000 SF of office space and approximately 20,000 SF of shop space in a single-story, pre-engineered metal building.
The Owner provided a program for the building and Lueder Construction served as the Construction Manager. Schemmer provided civil engineering, environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering, land development, surveying, architecture, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and structural engineering services.
