Project Details
The Lovely Skin Distribution Center is a state-of-the-art facility spanning 75,000 SF, offering a flexible space that includes warehouse and distribution areas, along with dedicated office and retail sections. The design thoughtfully incorporates plans for future expansion, allowing the center to grow to a total of 100,000 SF.
Schemmer's contributions to the project are extensive, encompassing architectural design, mechanical and electrical engineering, structural and civil engineering, and even geotechnical engineering to ensure a solid foundation.
Boyd Jones Construction Company was the general contractor.
