Project Details
The storm water management plan for this 80-acre commercial development included ponds that are used for detention but are sized to serve as retention ponds in case of flooding. The pond system is designed to retain runoff from a 100-year probability rain event. One of the ponds is used as a water feature as well as for irrigation. The new development offers space for 30 retail businesses ranging in size from big box to small fast food lots.
