Project Details
The Mirada is a new apartment community in Lincoln, Nebraska by Krueger Development. Phase 1 opened in 2016 and Phase 2 opened in 2017. Phase 1 is a 100,600 SF, 64-unit, three story market-rate apartment building with underground parking. Phase 2 is 100,700 SF with 56 units and underground parking. Schemmer worked in conjunction with the owner’s design architect, Keith Dubas, who was responsible for the overall project design. The apartments range from one to three-bedroom and studio units. Amenities include community space, meeting room, theater, exercise room, a 3,950 SF indoor pool and underground parking garages.
