Schemmer was retained to help MMC Contractors plan a remodel of their existing shop space at their location in Papillion, NE. The design consists of a 2-floor structure in half of the existing space. The upper level features office space while the lower level is used for shop and office use. The 9,500 SF space includes open offices, enclosed offices, restrooms, conference rooms, a large training room, and accessory type spaces.
