Schemmer provided full design services for a new 37,000 SF regional training center to be located in the Portal Plaza development at 108th & Portal Road in Papillion, Nebraska. The facility is a new concept for the eight state, north central region. The facility consists of two primary areas, a high bay training area providing hands-on experience for apprentices and journeymen, and the associated union offices, training classrooms and support spaces.
