This conceptual office building was designed to be located on Nebraska Innovation Campus (NIC) in Lincoln. The building is planned as a three-story, 75,000 SF, office building with an estimated construction cost of $12M. The building is configured as a rectangular form that is pushed up to Transformation Drive. A parking lot is located on the other side of the building. A public space courtyard with intricate plantings and incorporated seat walls is planned on one end of the building. It will be constructed out of glass curtain wall, fiber cement board panels and aluminum composite panels. The entries are highlighted by mesh, metal screens with an abstract agronomy image printed on the screen.  Schemmer provided the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and civil design for the building.
