Schemmer was retained to design the City’s new Southwest Street Maintenance Facility that includes a 13,800 SF structure housing offices for the district foremen, multipurpose rooms, locker rooms, 12 vehicle/equipment storage bays, and vehicle maintenance building with two maintenance bays.
