Pemberly Place is a new senior housing community located on a portion of a nine-acre site along Highway 2 in the southeastern part of Lincoln, Nebraska. The community is designed to serve private pay residents needing independent living, assisted living and memory care.
Pemberly Place is a three-story, single-use structure that contains 120 individual units; 20 memory care units, 60 assisted living units and 40 independent living units. Each unit has a 24-hour emergency call system with central monitoring as well as cable/satellite TV, individually controlled heat and air, a kitchen, and walk-in or large, spacious closet. The facility also includes 14 resident common areas such as community and private dining rooms, a fitness room, library, theatre, chapel and ice cream parlor. In addition, there are five commercial areas such as a medical clinic, beauty salon and spa, rehabilitation group and covered parking for residents. Additional parking for staff and guests is also available.
