Schemmer provided full-service architecture, engineering and construction phase services on Pharmgate’s Omaha manufacturing plant and office. The project included a 4,500 SF single story addition and nearly 7,000 SF renovation. The addition to their existing building included additional office, storage and breakroom spaces and the renovation involved expanding laboratory and reconfiguration of offices.
Following the completion of the initial project in 2018, Pharmgate contracted Schemmer to design an interior renovation for a new mixing room and a new packaging room. The new mixing room is approximately 600 SF and includes an equipment mezzanine with stair access. A dust collection system was required and included in the design.
The new packaging room is located adjacent to the new mixing room. Part of this project included expanding the warehouse area, a new break room, two new shipping offices, a new locker room, and a new restroom.
