Located on one of Sioux Falls’ busiest streets, Plastic Surgery Associates' surgery center is nestled away from the noise and traffic. The18,000 SF surgery center is situated on the Big Sioux River, which provides the privacy that its patrons require. It includes a private parking lot that enables patrons to make discreet visits to a plastic surgery clinic, surgical suite and an attorney in adjoining tenant suites. Overnight stays allow patients to find refuge in one of the suites located in the upper level. Private offices and break areas orient toward the Big Sioux River, where tenants and visitors can enjoy the changing seasons and wildlife that inhabit the site.
