Schemmer was selected to assist Truck Center Companies (TCC) with site development of 26 acres and design of a new corporate headquarters and dealership in the Omaha area to accommodate their growing business.
The project includes a 155,000 SF main building with corporate offices, parts warehouse, body shop, service and sales, as well as a second 34,000 SF building for advanced technical training.
