Schemmer has met the needs of the United States Postal Service (USPS) for more than three decades. We have held Indefinite Quantity Contracts with the USPS' Central Plains District, Denver, Colorado Facilities Service Office, Kansas City Facilities Service Office, Western Region and Colorado/Wyoming Region. Schemmer and the USPS have worked together on projects large and small, basic to complex, involving new construction, as well as renovation and repair. Our task orders have included studies, additions, renovations, new facilities, civil/site work, tenant fit-out, mechanical and electrical upgrades, roof replacements, structural upgrades, etc.
