Project Details
Schemmer has served the United States Property & Fiscal Office (USPFO) by providing A/E design and construction phase services for numerous United States Air National Guard (ANG) projects. From Military Construction (MILCON) design support representing construction value of more than $100 million, to comprehensive Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) programs. Projects include maintenance facilities, administrative/support, operations, training, infrastructure and specialized building systems.
Schemmer's local USPFO work includes multiple projects for the Nebraska Air National Guard base in Lincoln; Nebraska Army National Guard in Lincoln, Ashland and Mead; Offutt Air Force Base in Bellevue; Iowa Army National Guard in Sioux City, Iowa; as well as installations across the country.
