Year-Round Brown was looking for the perfect location to build their new salon in Sioux Falls, SD. Once they found it, they reached out to Schemmer to help them make their vision a reality. The location was formerly a restaurant but the client wanted the space to resemble a contemporary farmhouse while also incorporating the latest tanning technology. Schemmer was able to help Year-Round Brown create a new facility that offers 40 beautiful rooms full of sunbeds, spray tanning, custom airbrush spray tanning, red-light therapy, and brand-new infrared sauna service.
