Adam began his career with NDOT, which provided him with diverse insight into state and federally-funded projects. With the department, he gained experience in construction oversight, construction administration and construction survey of roadways, bridges and interchanges. At Schemmer, Adam works in roadway design and has furthered his experience in construction engineering and administration.
